Down in Jalisco ( Mexico ) in February/March there are crab hatches where rafts of these red and brown crabs rise to the top of the water where game fish , particularly dorados ,  hear the dinner bell big time . Bait imitation streamers don’t work as they are focused in on the crabs . I designed this fly to work around the edges of the rafts , with great results !
